Return Policy

We accept returns only if the item has a functional defect.

A functional defect includes:

• The LED light does not turn on

• Electrical components are not working properly

• Severe structural damage affecting usability upon delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Minor surface imperfections inherent to 3D printing

• Slight layer lines or texture variations

• Color tone differences due to screen settings

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

All 3D printed items may have subtle layer lines and small variations as part of the handmade production process.
